Single Malt at IZE Seminyak: Whiskey Haven

Regarding the fact that some of you might insist that the right way to spell whiskey is whisky, we can all agree that people who genuinely love whiskey probably don’t care about that. Whiskey drinkers are a cult of their own, and among them single malt whiskey is often considered the crème de la crème. For that reason, Single Malt at IZE Seminyak is indeed aptly named.

Serving an extensive list of whiskey —both single malt and blended— and creative cocktails, Single Malt is one of the few places in Bali who specialises in this “water of life”. Their impressive collection is unmistakably on par with similar places in big cities across the continent. Aside from the sought-after Scotch, it also offers single malt whiskies from Australia, India, Japan, Sweden, Taiwan, and South Korea.

Single Malt is truly a little paradise for alcoholic beverages aficionados. The menu even explains how each of them smells and tastes like! Do come by and have a glass of your favourite beverage, or simply ask the bartender for their recommendation. Always remember what Mark Twain once said, “Too much of anything is bad, but too much good whiskey is barely enough.”
