Take a Break and Sip Some Mojito at Meja Restaurant and Bar

When the internet somehow suggests you to watch a Youtube video called "Do Tables and Chairs Really Exist? Controversy Over Ordinary Objects", you know it’s time to take a break from your computer screen and go out. Take a hint from the aforementioned video and try out Meja Restaurant and Bar at IZE Hotel, Kuta, Bali! In case your thoughts are “Huh?” right now, meja in Bahasa Indonesia literally translates to table. Capiche?

Meja welcomes you with a light blue exoskeleton-like exterior that seems to come out from a sci-fi movie, complete with a blue neon sign. But once you step inside, it actually feels cozy and comfortable. The spacious room feels warm and eclectic - check out the unique mermaid and seagulls drawing painted on the window blinds!

But what about the food? Oh, the food. We’ve got nothing to say but praises. Start your day right by eating one of the morning meal classics - Eggs Benedict - or the yummiest Norwegian Style breakfast, served with poached eggs and smoked salmon. Continue with a plate of Balinese Pork Ribs for lunch and juicy Grilled Sirlon for dinner.

Great food and great beverage go hand in hand like Romeo and Juliet, therefore it’s no surprise that Meja also offers awesome drinks. Their Mojito menu intrigues us so much that we wish we could try everything: Ginger Mojito, Coconut Candied Mojito, Marshmallow Mojito, Vanilla Pomegranate Mojito, and many more. Whichever you choose to have, you’re going to have a great time at Meja!
