Thus, the Executive Chef of Hotel Majapahit Surabaya, Chef Sumendra, presents a set of new menu offering dishes from all over the globe -Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Morocco, and America- to reintroduce International Cuisine to the restaurant.

For Indigo Restaurant’s first-timers, Chef Sumendra recommends ‘Boat Trip to Japan’ and the current best-seller ‘Royal Moroccan Kebab’. The kebab is made from the freshest goat meat, topped with yoghurt and Zaziki sauce. But what if you were in the mood for Indonesian food? Go ahead and order ‘Ayam Betutu Bumbu Rajang’. A classic but a goodie!
