Enjoying Lunch Time at Takigawa Pacific Place

Long before Japanese food becomes a hit and you can see tons of Japanese restaurants in every mall, there is Takigawa. Until now, Takigawa remains one of the most long-standing Japanese restaurant chains in Indonesia. Over the years, it has continually served good-quality Japanese food: sushi, sashimi, udon, and many more.

Takigawa’s outlet in Pacific Place Mall is located on the 5th floor, right at the corner of the F&B floor. There are a couple of tables that are located by the windows; make sure you book beforehand to get those tables, as the restaurant could get really crowded during lunch time—and those tables definitely have the best light and view!

For a rainy day, there’s nothing better than a bowl of hot Tempura Udon. The crunchy tempura gives a nice textural contrast to the thick, chewy udon, plus the broth instantly warms your entire body. For a hot day, why don’t you try Cold Soba? Sushi enthusiasts should give Takigawa Roll a shot. It consists of salmon, scallop, and crab stick, topped with special sauce and tobiko. Many people have vouched for its deliciousness!
